Password management

Stop sharing passwords in spreadsheets and chats.

Every person gets an encrypted vault, shared logins go to the right people only, and multi-factor sign-in protects your key systems. If a saved password turns up in a breach, you are told. We set it all up and train your team.

What is included

  1. A starting check

Where passwords live today: spreadsheets, browsers, sticky notes, shared accounts, reused logins.

  2. An enterprise password manager

Encrypted vaults for everyone, access by role and safe sharing for team logins.

  3. MFA on your key systems

Authenticator apps, hardware keys or push approval on email, VPN, finance and admin tools.

  4. Breach alerts

BreachWatch checks saved passwords against known breaches and warns the user to change them.

  5. Clear password rules

Policies in line with ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63 and ENS: long passwords, no reuse, change when there is a reason.

  6. Training for your team

A short session on using the vault and spotting fake login pages.

  7. Leavers handled

When someone leaves, their access to shared logins goes with them. [CONFIRM: offboarding handled by Enclave or by the client admin]

Questions about password management

Can Keeper or Enclave Guard see our passwords?

Keeper encrypts vaults on the user's device, so neither Keeper nor Enclave Guard can read what is stored. [CONFIRM: wording reviewed against Keeper's zero-knowledge statement]

Is this hard for non-technical staff?

No. It fills in logins in the browser and on the phone. Most people need one short session.

Do we still need MFA if we have a password manager?

Yes. A password manager stops weak and reused passwords. MFA stops a stolen password from being enough to get in.

What about passkeys?

Keeper can store passkeys too, so you can adopt them as your systems support them. [CONFIRM: passkey support in the plan sold]
