Security awareness training

Training your team will actually finish.

Short lessons of a few minutes, a few times a month, on the things that really cause incidents: fake invoices, stolen passwords, unsafe sharing. We choose the topics, run the programme and show you who has completed it.

What is included

  1. A starting point

A short assessment of where your team is today, so the training starts at the right level.

  2. Topics that fit your company

Payment fraud for finance, guest-data handling for hotels, secure code and access for software teams.

  3. Short formats

Videos and quizzes of a few minutes, in English and Spanish. [CONFIRM: languages available on the platform]

  4. Progress you can show

Completion and quiz results by person and team, ready for ISO 27001, NIS2 and client questionnaires.

  5. Fully managed

We enrol staff, send reminders and report to you. No one on your side has to run it.

How it works

  1. 01

    Assess

We check your team's current level and your audit or client requirements.

  2. 02

    Plan

We pick the topics and the rhythm, and agree who takes part.

  3. 03

    Run

Staff get short lessons and reminders. We follow up on anyone who falls behind.

  4. 04

    Report

Each quarter you get completion rates, weak spots and what we suggest next. [CONFIRM: quarterly reporting]

Questions about awareness training

How much time does it take from staff?

A few minutes at a time, a few times a month. Lessons fit between other work.

Does it count for ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 requires staff awareness, and our records show who completed what and when. Your auditor decides what is enough; we help you prepare that evidence.

Can new staff do it when they join?

Yes. We add them to an onboarding path as they start.

Start with what your team has already leaked.

The free Exposure Review shows which staff logins are already out there. It is the clearest way to show why training matters.
